Misalignments of joints (Subluxation) can be caused by major or minor traumas or repetitive stress. Soreness, tightness, aches and radiating pain are common results of subluxations. 

Most people get headaches. Tension headaches cause an ache around the head or behind the eyes. A slight misalignment of the vertebrae in the upper back and neck areas, or muscle spasms in the neck are common causes of tension headaches. 

Myopasms affect different types of muscles and can cause cramping or tightening of muscle fibers. Heavy lifting, improper posture and sports injuries are common causes of muscle spasms.

Usually, the pain felt in the lower or upper back. Back Pain can be caused by conditions that affect the bone, discs, vertebrae, and ligaments around the spine.

Neck pain usually occurs when muscles are strained by poor posture but arise due to a variety of issues. Your neck is made up of vertebrae that extends to the skull and when it has been affected the muscles tighten up and lead to neck pain.
